LARSEN TOUBRO LTD - Non clearance of dues and termination without written notice

*) Receipt Offer Letter with condition that Notice Pay from relieving will be bought by L & T on submission of evidences. But not paid
*) Due to Covid infection, sought sick leave for better treatment out of posting site. Leave granted by site management. Took *(three) months for full recovery with normal medical parameters. Requested for job transfer to another location on health ground, no responce receipt. At *rd month of my recovery period, system generated termination mail served without any written notice (Offer Letter T & C mentions of intimation in writing before termination). As per Offer Letter T & C, I am entitles for *(three) month's salary in lieu of Written Notice.
*) Company have provided cashless medical treatment facilities. If hospital facilities are not providing cashless treatment, I can spend from my pocket then avail reimbursement. The amount for my Covid/Lung Infection treatment not given.
*) Covid protocal of SOP from Govt not followed. We were provided with full bus travel at site and isolation from Covid patient not done. I was caught Covid and serious life threatening case of Lung Infection. Trauma caused cannot be compensated but future precaution can be implemented.
