LARSEN TOUBRO LTD - LESS INTEREST PAID BY EMPLOYER ON MY EPF AMOUNT

I (Manish V Tawar EC No. ********) was an employee of Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(L&T), and also a member of Exempted PF Trust of L&T from **/**/**** to **/**/****.

*.      In Jan/Feb,****, I initiated PF transfer out process, L&T also sent/courier cheque of Rs **,**,*** against Gross Total PF to RPFC Meerut.

As per Annexure K dated **/**/****, interest given by L&T on contribution for member & employer was Rs **,*** & Rs **,*** respectively (Total interest **,***).

 This transfer out was failed as courier (Cheque) was not received by RPFC Meerut.

*.      Again after * year in Jan/Feb., **** L&T processed transfer out, this time Gross PF Amount (Rs **,**,***) transferred through NEFT successfully.

As per break up in Annexure K dated **/**/****, interest given by L&T on contribution for member & employer was Rs **,*** & Rs **,*** respectively (Total interest **,***).

So it was the same as it was one year back as mentioned in point no.*(or Annexure * dated **/**/****).

I want to know the reason

 why interest was not paid on contribution for member & employer for more than *.* years as my accumulated PF contribution was lying with PF Trust of L&T from **/**/**** to **/**/****??

 In Annexure K dated **/**/****, Sl no.**, it is clearly mentioned that “Interest calculated up to **-****” then why Even after * year, how Gross PF amount can be same, as mentioned in Annex K **/**/****??

 As per mail from L&T dated **/**/****, my total PF accumulation was Rs **,**,***/- & Annex K **/**/**** i.e. after * months total PF amount was **,**,***, it proves L&T paid Rs ***** as interest but after **/**/****, why PF trust of L&T did not PAID any interest??
