I finalized the property via nobroker and the nobroker agent Mr.Vinodh asked me to pay a refundable token advance of **,*** rs. post that the entier process was delayed by both nobroker and the seller, and finally nobroker agent told me that everything is sorted out and confirmed me to draft the Sale agreement for which I again spent **,*** rs, and shared the agreement draft for approval but the seller never approved it and started demanding for more money. Post which the seller is now not willing to sell the property and nobroker agent is unreachable, they don't reply to my messages via their app, they don't respond to the complaints that I raise via email. I have no other means to communicate to nobroker team to get me refund and compensate for the damages incurred.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
