Nobroker - Nobroker not issuing a refund

I contacted nobroker for a noc / police intimation. Saideep Vinayak arware was my agent and told me this will be done in a weeks time. For more than a month saideep did not revert to me or contacted me inspite of me writing several emails. Even the agreements team or the escalation team revert to me inspite of numerous emails sent to them.

Finally, I had to cancel the service. Since one month i have been following up with numerous agents for a refund and Nobroker is not responding or reverting on my refund request.

I need help urgently.
