Nobroker - NoBroker has been harassing me since I booked them for Packers and Movers services

I had engaged NoBroker on *st of May, **** for moving my household goods from Pune to Hyderabad. I have been harassed by them ever since in the following ways:

*. I was told that moving between Pune to Hyderabad will be handled by NoBroker itself, however, this was a blatant lie I found out the day the guys came to pick up my household items. They have outsourced this to a local courier service and charge **% commission from them on total value. I found this out since I had to ultimately negotiate with the vendor only towards the end of the Day * madness when they picked up my household items. The NoBroker team directly put me in conference with this local transporter and clearly discussed terms about the **% extra commission as well. I had to comply as they had already packed all of my stuff and the advance was paid to NoBroker.

*. Ordeal on Day * didn't stop as * unprofessional guys came from the local transport company on behalf of NoBroker with no training, no materials, no expertise. My wife and I had to spend atleast *-** hours with them to pack our household items ourselves.

*. NoBroker sales team at the time of selling the service promised that the items will be unpacked and rearranged at the destination (I have email from NoBroker confirming this)- however, the local courier guys denied completely. I had to again spend *-* hours talking on the phone with them to have this done. Finally, they agreed but spoiled most of my items as they unpacked since they were not getting it their way. I have proof of all of this and the conversations I had. Again, my wife and I had to spend at least * hours with them to unpack carefully ourselves which caused us a lot of unnecessary stress and harassment.

*. Finally, my daughter's cycle was missing from the luggage items received at the source. To my surprise, the local courier guys on behalf of NoBroker forged the document at the time of receiving the items and changed the quantity of 'baby cycle' from * to *.

I have lodged a complaint with them on this since **th May and they have not been supportive at all. They are delaying the whole matter by saying that we will search and get back to you.

All of this has caused me and my wife a lot of emotional and financial stress and mental harassment by NoBroker.

I request you to intervene and help me get back my child's bicyle which is worth INR **** or additional compensation thereof for all the fraudulent acts of lying, misquoting, mis selling, misrepresentation done by NoBroker team causing a huge amount of emotional and mental stress to my and my family. .
