* year later….nothing has been done, my money is stuck with them so my hands are tied but when they just delivered a cot I never even ordered on-site and captioned it 'materials delivered on-site'. Now, I've lost it. They havent lifted a finger on the project since taking my money. They couldnt find the previous quote with the * lakhs quote. They found it only after I was relentless. On escalation, they will rotate their design personnel and masquerade them as senior management. Especially Livspace Alwarpet, Chennai. Their best work has been to protect their ops head and branch head from all client issues. In that they provide *** percent protection. Not **.* but *** percent. A couple of people called Manik Arasan and Anand run that ship, and to get that information of who is running the show, I had to wait * months.
