I have order two Barcelona customizable jersey from football monk, I paid online where they mentioned they usually ship the order withing *-* days, it's been * days now my order is nowhere to be found, they are not replying either. I have order a phone case from the same and no updates for that as well. My order no. For the jersey is ***** and for the case is *****. Kindly help me to either recover the amount or get mt order.
