Footballmonk - Wrong package Late delivery

They do not respond to my mail, I had ordered a germany ****-** World Cup away kit and they send me the home kit which is stained. Then they just ignore my mail.
it's been over three days and there's still no response moreover they have no other way of communicating except email. their delivery service is absolutely awful, xpressbees might be the worst logistics company I've ever witnessed, they send my order *days late and even they do not care about their customers. I got this jersey for my friend who was moving to Seattle, USA and the fit is so bad. He usually wears XL, for safety I ordered a XXL.
Shoulder/ bicep area is lose and good but the torso/abdomen region fitting is so bad the jersey is sticking to his belly. There's no way the jersey is a XXL for sure. Footballmonk has tested my patience in every single way and they've aced my patience level by insane mental distress and blood pressure.
Thank you footballmonk, you have provided me the worst, third class quality and service. Absolute masterclass.
