I placed order on **Th Oct and today standing on **th november I havent recieved a single update on the order placed, whenever I try to contact them via email or chat no body gives any response. And very conveniently they havent provided any contact number so that they can blind the customer, i order this item thinking I might get it delivered by ** but I dont see it ever getting delivered, moreover the status is same from day*. Please take some action.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
