Jio air fiber - No support from Jio Airfiber

I am using Jio Air fiber connection for internet access, However internet has been down/not working since **:** AM on **-May-****, and a complaint( Request number: SR*****E*IO*) was raised on the same day. Despite this, the technician visit was scheduled two days later, on **-May-**** between **:** PM and *:** PM. But no technician visited during the scheduled window, nor was any update provided.
I have contacted customer care multiple times and received only vague responses and false commitments. I also followed up via email, but there has been no accountability or resolution from the Jio AirFiber support team. I am not to able to work and lost my all work of three days and huge loss to my company. I am looking for action against Jio airfiber and their support.
