Rahul Bhagwat filed complaint against Tata Sky on Jul 12, 2019
On *th & **th July ****, due to bad weather (reason being told) my Tata Sky connection was off. When I made a request, Tata Sky technician made a visit. But when he about to arrived at my home the cable connection automatically started. He just took the remote and note down the complaint code number and went away. I told the whole story to Tata Sky customer care representative and also told that the technician had done nothing. He accepts the truth and ensures that tata sky will not charge anything. But very next day Rs.***/- against the tech visit was deducted from my account balance. I again raised a complaint and asked tata sky to return my money.
