I placed an order with ***kmph on **/**/** and to my surprise the amount was debited and no updates or confirmation came across from the merchant confirming the status of the transaction. Moreover, even after trying to contact them via various modes, still unable to get hold of them. Please look into the matter as I am worried.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
