Luminous Power Technologies - No servicing

i installed a roof top solar system (* kv) by the help of anert on **/**/****. as per the terms of anert the system have * year warranty. the system shows complaints at the time of installation itself (delivering less power). the system was damaged during oct **** and i registered a complaint at luminous on oct **, **** with registration number ********** and a mail also had sent to care@luminousindia.com due to the problem with inverter, again re registered the complaint on oct ** and no response was there. i called the service personnels and at there toll free number many many times. again registered a complaint on nov * with complaint no ********** then after repeated calls and emails no response found then again registered a complaint on dec ** then the problem was partially rectified during january. at that day on wards i am getting only *.* to *.* unit power per day (as per specification a minimum of * units and a maximum of *.* units of power has to deliver) and a complaint was registered on feb ** and then again the inverter damaged on march *,**** and again registered a complaint on **th may, **** with number **********. but till date nobody came to service my solar system. now the problem is that the batteries are also damaged (* no.s of *** ah ** v battery costs about rs.*****/-) due to continuous non charging. during this eight month period i contacted luminous personnels over phone more than *** times and now they will not attend my call. during this period i sent many mails to anert (anert malappuram and thiruvanathapuram)
