We have purchased BPL TV on **.**.**** with a warranty of * months. Unfortunately, my T.V picture tube was not working. Then I complain to the customer care team on **.**.****. At the time technician came to my home and he certified panel (picture tube) problem and he said it was replaced in a few days. Still, it was not replaced by the BPL team. We talk to the customer care team on a daily basis and also follow up with wecare@bpl.in. Still, it was not rectified and not responding.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
