Balaji filed complaint against Hathway Broadband Internet on May 8, 2019
I have taken a new Hathway and installation is completed on **th May. But its been * days still the connection was not yet activated. I have called customer care multiple times and even spoke to the supervisor. Everyone told that within a few hours the problem will be resolved and no one gave me a solution. It's extremely frustrating by the service provided by Hathway. I really don't want to continue with Hathway with this kind of service. There was a different treatment before taking the service and once after I have taken service there is no proper response and only false commitment is given.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
