I have raised a complaint on **th April **** regarding noise & foul smell from my Voltas split AC but till date, no technician has visited to check the problem. I am calling Volta's customer care daily but they are just telling me that issue has been escalated and will be handled soon. I am daily getting the call from the number *********** that they will send the technician soon and they will contact me but nothing happened.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
