Micromax - NO SERVICE PROVIDED ON DEFECTED PIECE OF MOBILE IN WARRANTY PERIOD

I purchase a Micromax C* mobile on * st july ****, But after some days i noticed that phone consumed high percentage of battery at very short time. then i complained at customer care of Micromax and they give us contact number of near by service centers but non of them give answer. or if any one can answer they said i haven't active service center. I suffered at last ** days, i haven't get any answer of problem.
