Independent Tv - No service network issue

No service displays error *** which is for bad weather. The weathers here is sunny no clouds no rain but there is absolutely no signal at all. Tried contacting customer care but in vain. Its always showing network busy error no matter how many times you try. The company has cheated on its customers initially there were many channels but now left with only limited channels that too with a lot of pixelation, worst picture quality in comparison with another service provider. We were initially told the STB would be an HEVC STB with good picture quality but the end product what we received is worst than all the service providers. Channels freezing with the slightest change in weather. I want a proper and permanent resolution either improve quality of service or provide a refund.
