I paid to set up WiFi service from GTPL at my home in Ahmedabad and their salesman promised me that if i pay before ** days, i'll get my Wifi but it's been ** days but still i didn't get any Wifi or response from them. I went to their office in Ahmedabad and all i got to hear is that everything that i was promised from salesman was a lie to get money from me as they have applications pending for more than * months. now in this COVID-** situation while i'm operating WFH and my work is getting affected and i also have the payment bill. Please help me.
