Aquaguard water purifier purchased from reliance with extended warranty offered by reliance, which was supposed to cover service and consumables charges.
It's been around *-** days water filter not working and we have registered a service request, but no service provided. We are purchasing water daily from outside. On top of that, one of the technician from reliance called and said that he will only give service if we pay him.
This is sheer cheating and fraud , what is the point of taking AMC if we have to pay for the service.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
