Aquaguard water purifier - Irresponsible and incomplete service during AMC and maintenance head rude behavior

After the last service of AMC of Aquasure from Aquaguard (RO water purifier) on ** Nov **, it wasn't fixed properly , due to negligence of proper work ethics and only intention of selling AMC , the machine fell and broke on ** Nov ** ,costing us in replacement of the whole machine and rude behavior by maintenance service head in regard to helping out customer during the service.
