Club jiva - No service as promised

I had taken membership of club jiva on ** sep****. They had shown * star resort photos and promised to give good service. After taking membership when I first tried to book a resort, whatever date and whichever resort I chose, it always comes not available. I fought with them and they gave me * days booking in Grand Ranthambore. The hotel or resort was in very poor condition with no facilities. I complained and they said sorry and gave me * nights extra. They told to pay maintenance charge of ****/- annually but suddenly the charge increased to ****. I was forced to pay that amount to use further services. I paid and now I want to book a resort (RAMATAN RESORT GOA) and they say it's not available. I confirmed with hotel reservation, they say rooms are empty and not booked under club jiva. Sir/ madam please help me to get my money back. I don't want to continue the service, as there is no service. I am not the only one who got cheated, there are hundreds and thousands.
