Avataar skincare technologies - No service after taking money all false information

I have half amount of what was discussed with Mukul (sales person) he till date didn’t gave any receipts or acknowledgment of the service I have taken or they promised. After that they sent a unprofessional trainee student who did all service bad and my skin was burnt same day one more trainer came lip tint and my lips was so badly cut that pain and wound was for ** hours
Post that when I complained it took * weeks for them to revert and come to conclusion then suggested another therapist still no result now it’s been * months they are not sending any therapist not receiving call or returning my amount … rather there sales team guy call me and use abusive language and threaten me .. he himself made me book appointments and said from back end I will delete it but nothing got deleted . I want my money back or the services that is promised.
