Avataar skincare technologies - Merchant isn t helping in resolving issue

Avataar’s sales rep lied to me and made sign up for their laser session saying you can take a loan of **k, take one trial session and if you don’t like it you can cancel it anytime. After taking first session of **th July, I contacted them same day to request for cancellation their sales rep did not pick up the call so as a responsible customer I contacted this company “Fibe” through which the loan was provided, I explained them everything and they said no worries we’ll contact merchant. A month passed and EMI’s date went overdue by * day, I started getting calls from Fibe’s collection department , again I started reaching out to Avataar but they did not respond so I started commenting on their Instagram, they immediately restricted my account, I called them on the number provided in insta profile, after picking up the call * times they stopped picking up call and one of their rep messages me on WhatsApp that I’ll have to continue with the services as they don’t have cancellation policy while their sales rep lied and trapped me into this. Now I’m not even taking a single service from Avataar yet I’m getting **-** calls per day from collection department because of them and they are not helping at all. This is a kind of a fraud, customer manipulation and harassment for me.
