I ordered Mivi Collar Flash Bluetooth Earphones on ** September **** and within * months the earpiece needed to replace because one side of earphone was not working properly. Then after filing complaint on **th November **** I got the replaced product on around **-** December **** but after receiving i found a defective product as its one side volume was too low but still somehow i managed with that. but again its one earpiece was not working properly and i raised a complaint on February ** within * months of received product and yet i have no response on my product pickup.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
