Sunflame - No response from the service team from last 1 month

I have been contacting them from a long time for the service related to their product as it is under warranty.
Every time they opened a complaint and nothing happened thereafter.
No service person contacted me or came to provide the service.
I called the customer care too and they said they will take the required action but even they did not do anything.
Now I am fed up of them after trying it so many times.
My water heater that I bought is still leaking and I am frustrated.
