Harendra Kumar Singh filed complaint against Bajaj Electronics on Nov 14, 2018
I have bought a Bajaj Gyser of ** Ltrs on *th Nov, ****. I have raised installation request on **th Nov, **** and I was told that it will be done in ** to ** hours.
But Even after * working days, no response we got. I called back to Customer care, They provided some numbers and a store contact number as well. But some contact numbers are switched off. One local Engineer Aanand from Gaya, Bihar used to say that he doesn't work for Bajaj and I should purchase other brand Gyser. One Senior Engineer raushan kumar of Patna Division, He is such an stupid or arrogant that he never received even once after so many tries.
I would like to request Bajaj to throw out such employees and Accept in written before everyone that "They are worst Service provider" or I want to sue them for this mental harassment.
Please help.
