Bajaj Electronics - Damaged refrigerator was delivered

I purchased a brand new Samsung S* *** Litre refrigerator from Bajaj Electronics Habsiguda, Hyderabad. The refrigerator has a faulty vegetable storage unit, which has tight sliders. The technicians came in turns and inspected it for * days. No outcomes yet! No one is picking calls at the showroom or customer care. Funny thing? The customer care says they don't deal with other brands apart from Bajaj electrical brands. It's been * days, they say not to use the fridge, not picking calls, wasting my time, money and patience with careless behaviour.
