Casemurk - No response from Casemurk regarding exchange refund

I received a damaged product. Asked them for a refund or exchange. They stopped replying to my emails. I have mailed them multiple times, reached out on Instagram as well, still no response. Kanika from their customer support stopped replying after I told her the product is damaged.
