Ive been trying to return the product i bought from them, no response via email, one response on instagram telling me to email and then just ignoring me, no response on twitter.
Terrible customer service, i just want to return my product cos it doesnt fit my requirements.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
