Kodak Android Led Tv - No response by Kodak Tv support after multiple followup

I have purchased Kodak **" android tv on **th January ****..On **th February **** the tv Stopped working and showing blue screen..i immediately contacted Kodak tv helpline through watsapp(because they are not connecting through phone) shared invoice and they automatically replied we will look and update you..i also set mail to their helpline and same reply they did.. after that till today I am following them in all possible channel but still they are not giving me complaint number(not sure they raised) and nobody contacting me..they just saying we are working on.today is March *st it's almost ** days over,I am not sure how to move forward ...till now nobody contacted me and ther is no calling number also
