so i ordered kodak **inch qled smart tv from flipkart on ** march **** i received this tv on * april **** after * days of using this qled suddenly the tv switched off on its own i tried to switch it on but it didn't turn on then i called kodak about this they sent me an technician , he said that the main board of this tv is damaged we have to replace it i said okay then he ordered a main board by contacting kodak on ** april **** , now today is ** july tv is still not in working condition no one is coming to repair it nor its main board which is damaged is not coming i have made atleat *** calls and messages also to kodak but they have only one reply that sir we will not return your tv and will dispatch your main board next week i have been hearing this same line from them since last * months i also connected them on instagram also on instagram they said we have dispatched your main board stay connected to get the tracking details but thaey are not sending any tracking detail nore any main board everyone is liar in this fraud company i,m really stressed about this tv i have purchased this tv with my saved money i have no money left now i have made really big mistake by buying this tv
