Reliance Communications - No resolution of complaint after 39 days

My Reliance broadband id is ************, I am from Ahmedabad and complaining company about my dead connection for last ** days and I paid my last bill without any usage of internet still they are not giving me resolution of my complaint,my connection is dead since last ** days and my bill is going up without any usage of service.
my all waiver request are rejected without any waiver for connection blackout,I can't even call customer care with my register number they block it.
my all register complaints are closed without any solution my complain ids are
********* , ********* , ********* , ********* , *********
they just callback and say we will solve your issue but no action taken to solve my issue. and saying me to terminate connection this is really shameful for brand like Reliance.
