Dell International Services India Private Limited - No Reply From Dell for system replacement of defective laptop

I had purchase Dell Inspiron ** **** on **/**/****.

System completely freeezes after ** min use.I called there tech team they had driven some test but didnt find any problem but issue is not resolved. I had conversation with their escalation team several times but issue is not resolved , Then i went to carry in service centre they found defect in motherboard & SSD , then Escalation team Approved For return on *st December, but since then i contact them many times on various platform but they are telling that return is in process & no reply from there Return Team sice last ** days. I had purchase laptop so that i can work from home during ongoing covid ** situation but due to defective product i cant do that & i have borrow laptop from friend to do my work.
