I had bought Dell Inspiron ** **** series int he month of December **** later on *th of February **** I had lot of issues with this laptop and took it a nearby Dell service centre and they replaced motherboard and my hard drive. Then again after * months on March ****, I face same issue they replaced motherboard. Now I have noticed that the inbuilt microphone , audio jack, and led indicator for camera is not working. I had invested a lot of money and time for this laptop, I had trusted Dell laptops because of their past performance and product success. According to my research on Dell website only about *** people bought it and this number is too low when compared to other products and it's been about only * year now they are not producing it anymore. I'm a student from a medium- class family, the money invested on this laptop is something that I can never give up.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
