MANAS BALA filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 27, 2018
I ordered * pieces of Sandisk class ** microsd cards **gb each from flipkart on **.**.**** at the rate of Rs*** each.Items got delivered on **nd October.Both the items were faulty,one could not be formatted and the other had a broken connector.So, I requested return and it got approved on **.**.****.Flipkart assured me to get the replacements within **st November.After ** days of return approval, my order status suddenly showed "cancelled".I immediately contacted flipkart customer care and they assured me a resolution within *days.Nothing happened and I called again.They said the seller did not have same items for replacement then, and I was given another *days for resolution.Yet nothing happened, again I contacted flipkart.From this time they began telling different stories, like "Sir, I am forwarding your issue to higher authority","Sir, I am putting your issue on high priority" etc.Sometimes they said "I am forwarding your call to my higher authority" and I heard a sweet melody which went on and on for ** mins but no higher authority responded.On **th November, I called them finally and could manage to talk to a higher authority personnel.He told me straight forward that I can not get replacement nor refund. I asked him to point out any fault from my side.He could not show any,and went on saying repeatedly "Sir, I understand your issue completely but I can not replace nor refund".I was shocked because it was my first time facing such trouble.My hard earned money seems lost.Utterly frustrated and broken now from the behaviour from a well known ecommerce site like flipkart.On a friend's suggestion I am posting my complaint here in voxya. Hope I can get a resolution.
