Back in October **** I purchased an online course. The course is pre-recorded material. I received a laptop from them! However within a month I asked to schedule a counselling session as I wanted change in course! For three weeks they did not respond! There the hardships begin! I have all the mails as evidence! No proper communication! Finally in Dec **** I asked them to revert back the money to the finance company from which I was given a loan! I asked them to deduct the laptop charges and processing charges and rest be reverted to the finance company! But they are denying stating a no refund policy! They are ignoring my calls, mails! I don’t want to take the course! I going through financial crisis yet the company is insensitive!! I have decided to fight for my right, for my freedom of choice!!
