Hello!
I have my tickets booked for Kashmir for **th to **th Oct, considering the adverse conditions in Srinagar at the moment it is not safe to travel however I am not getting any refund for the same, why should it get down to my pocket for something I didn't create.
Please can you cancel my Kashmir bookings and give me a complete refund. Being a loyal customer of MMT I have done another bookings for the same date for different location from MMT itself.
