Called for * quantities of a product. Received * only. Opted for return and refund. They collected the one I had. And gave refund for *. Checked with the customer service. Was told to wait for * days and call back. Called back on the fifth day. Now they are saying i have crossed the number of days for filling a complaint. Wait. What? So now, no product. No refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
