Touch Lcd House - NO REFUND

I have ordered LCD plus Touch screen for google nexus *c on **/**/****via order number ****** by paying an amount of Rs **** at touch lcd house. But the order was not realized stating that the product is out of stock and no communication was given to me about that. why they display if the product is out of stock? i contacted their customer care around ** times. every time i gets the reply that the refund is under process. the refund was not processed even after * months. please help.
