Food Panda - No refund

I placed orders * orders with food panda on ** September ****.
The orders were cancelled post confirmation. The refund which usually is complete within few hours is not complete till date **th October **** . It's almost been a month and I have emailed and contacted their support multiple times. There is no reply what so ever.
Request you to take the necessary actions to ensure common people like us does not become a victim of such cheating by large corporations like food panda.
