Dear MakeMyTrip,
I was going to travel with my Mom from Mumbai to Chandigarh by GoAir on **th Sept **** (after rescheduling my flights again and again due to Covid **) and my return was on **th Sept.
PNR: Y**F*C and M*IZH*
The airlines themselves cancelled the flight and told me they have already refunded Rs. *,*** on **th April (As I had paid extra during rescheduling). And Rs *, *** and Rs *,*** was given to MMT on *st Sept. Please refer to the trail mail that I have attached for your reference. After speaking to the airlines directly they told me MMT will be refunding you all the money directly by crediting **K in your account and there is no credit note. I then called MMT for confirmation and as spoken to them on *nd Sept **** they confirmed I will get my refund back within next *days. And there will be no credit note as the money is refunded to them by airlines.
Shockingly I woke up this morning with MMT's message that credit note of only Rs. *k is provided to you as that is only how much we have got from the airlines. What Hoax!
I have been constantly in touch with the representatives and after several promises of my return of money or what you call refund and no credit note, why I am facing this issue.
I have had enough of constant back and forth with you guys, it's not even a lot of money its just **k. How long does it take for you to refund? and my first refund of month April **** is still pending with you guys. In spite of speaking to the supervisors and them telling me you will get you money credited within the next *-* days. Why am I not getting my refund? And who said there Is credit note needed while I was promised a direct refund? You guys are confused yourselves and harassing a genuine customer of yours.
I want my refund of **k I have all the proofs, you guess are forcing me to take this to the consumer court, And I don't want to get in all of this mess. I don't understand why do i have a credit note that too of lesser value of my half payment. And I don't want a credit note as assured by the airlines and MMT.
Hope you fasten this process, its going to be * months of this whole turbulence, let us help each other before this gets ugly.
