I had booked the ticket for Mumbai Cochin Mumbai through Happy Easy go for air Asia airline for the month of April ****. But due to Covid -** the flight got cancelled and as per the air Asia rules I am allegeable for credit note from them for the same amount. In spite of making repeated calls and emails to the both air Asia and happy easy go I have not got any refund nor credit note for my amount.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
