Hi, Myself Tauseef sheikh,
I had booked tickets through Happy Easy Go. in the month of april. However since jet airways downsized. The tickets were cancelled and all the people who booked their tickets through jet airways got their refund within ** days and i havent got the refund because i booked my tickets through Happy Easy Go. and i regret it big time. I am highly dissapointed with the service and i will do whatever i can to make you guys bear the brunt. I have been escalating this since a month but i am not getting any resolution. If this issue is not resolved within * days i will escalate this to the TOI newspaper as my relative works as an editor there.
