Chandrima filed complaint against Myntra on Nov 2, 2022
I tried ordering a pair of Pepe jeans from Myntra and had to pay *** from account and rest from credits . The amount of *** was deducted but the order was not placed.. immediately received an email from to get this refund within * days .. deduction happens on **/**/** and today is */**/**..no refund nothing. Have evidence about the same from Myntra(mail to get the refund), along with the same have evidence of bank transaction of *** rs(no refund)
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
