I booked a flat for rent on Thursday (*th March) at Sumadhura Anandam (C block, ***) and paid a token amount of Rs.**,*** via NoBroker app. The link was provided by NoBroker RM, Sumukha after confirming me that the owner has agreed to the terms. However, when I spoke with the owner (Santosh), he said he never agreed to the terms of rent with NoBroker and he isn't willing to proceed. I have raised this issue with NoBroker on the same day, but i haven't received even a single callback even after raising this via different channels (email, customer care, relationship manager, etc.). PS: I'm also a "premium" member as i have purchased their Relax plan.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
