Naveen filed complaint against Flipkart on Sep 25, 2022
I ordered a Nokia PureBook S** Core i* **th Gen - (** GB/***GB SSD/Windows ** Home) Thin and Light Laptop on ** Sep ****. I received the product on ** Sep ****. I found the product defective as there were issues with camera and few keyboard keys. So, I raised a return request but my return request was denied without providing any reason. So, I again raised return request. Again, it was denied. Third time product defect was confirmed during technician visit (Jeeves - Flipkart Partner) and therefore return was approved in third time but then also product was not picked up by Flipkart and finally, refund cancelled. Ekart claimed serial number doesn't match. However, I had open box delivery from Flipkart where the delivery person clicked pictures of product delivered which clearly showed Serial Number on back side of Laptop and uploaded it on their internal google forms. So, it can be easily verified against delivered product images. All of this was done within * days return period. I am attaching copy of invoice and few screenshots related to refund cancellation. Please help me get my refund.
