I booked a flight via happy easy go platform for my flight which was scheduled to fly on **th may ****, and the airlines (Air asia) cancelled the flight. I initiated a refund since the airlines cancelled the flight. It's been more than a year and I still don't have any refund.
I have dropped multiple mails, called multiple times, every time they promise and then nothing.
Any help is appreciated, thanks!
