2GUD - No refund of money

I ordered iphone from * gud (Unboxed like-new condition) on Aug **. It was delivered to me on Aug **st and on the same day I filed for a refund because I got a defective piece. The battery is draining faster. When I checked, the battery cycles are **% where it should be above **%. I have attached screenshot too. The battery health option also shows service (which means battery needs to be replaced). I have filed for a refund but my refund was rejected. Kindly look into this. I bought it for ***** Rs. Now I am not able to use my phone. I am already disappointed with the service and product. Kindly help me as I don't want to waste my hard-earned money.
