2GUD - Faulty phone received

I got this product thinking that its an original product. However, after using it for a week I started getting a problem with this phone. I contacted *gud and asked them to return my money. They sent a technician who did not inspect the device as the IMEI on the box and the IMEI on the phone was different. I also filled the form brought by Jeeves guy. I have been trying to get help from *gud but no help. I even contacted the seller directly but no one helped me to get my refund. Now the screen of this phone is popping out and I am worried that they had fooled me. Please help.
